What we collect
Your email address, the referral code you joined with, your shipping address and phone number, your orders and the notes attached to them.
Why we collect it
To verify that you were referred, to approve your account, to ship what you order and to keep a record of each order and payment.
Who can see it
Only you and the two site administrators. Other members never see your email, address or orders. Your referral code is visible to people you give it to.
Sharing
We share your shipping details with the carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell, rent or trade member data, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as your account is open, plus the period we are required to keep sales records. Ask an administrator to close your account and we will remove your profile and address details.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to member data requires an administrator sign-in.
Your choices
You can update your address and contact details on your account page at any time, and you can ask an administrator for a copy of everything stored about you.
