1. Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any medical use. By using this site you confirm you are 19 years of age or older.
2. Buyer responsibility and liability
These products are offered strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not liable for any use, misuse, or outcome arising from these products. You purchase and use them entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to research and comply with the laws and regulations that apply to your jurisdiction before ordering.
3. Membership
Access is by referral and admin approval only. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without reason.
4. No medical or dosing information
We do not supply dosage, protocol, administration or medical guidance, and nothing on this site should be read as such. Requests for that information will not be answered.
5. Orders and pricing
Submitting an order is a request, not a completed sale. Every order is reviewed manually and may be amended or declined based on availability. Prices are shown per vial and may change before an order is confirmed. Orders over $300 require a 50% deposit before they are placed.
6. Payment
Payment is arranged directly with an administrator. Deposits are applied to the order total. Deposits on confirmed orders are non-refundable once stock has been committed.
7. Shipping and risk
Title and risk pass to you on dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your jurisdiction. We do not accept liability for items seized, delayed or refused by customs or carriers.
8. Returns
Because these are research materials with handling and cold-chain requirements, orders are not returnable once dispatched. Contact an administrator within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
