How ordering works
1 · You submit
Add vials to your order, enter a shipping address and confirm research use. Your order gets a reference like MS-1043.
2 · We review
An admin checks availability. While the order is in review you can still change quantities, remove items or cancel.
3 · Amendments
If something isn't available we remove or reduce it and send the order back to you with a note. You accept the changes or cancel — one tap either way.
4 · Confirmed
Once confirmed the order locks. Orders over $300 need a 50% deposit before we place it.
5 · Paid and fulfilled
We record your deposit or full payment, then mark the order fulfilled when it ships. Every step is timestamped on your order page.
